Which One Is The Best Choice When Your Time Is Limited?

Many of us have such busy lives that our schedules may not always allow room for exercise. So what are the best choices between exercising or stretching in order to maximize your workout experience?
There are some experts who would say that exercise/strengthening, by far, is the best choice. However, there are others who would choose stretching. I choose the latter. While both are excellent choices, stretching provides the best results when you don't have a lot of time.
If you are able to squeeze in 15 to 30 minutes twice a day, 30 to 60-second isometric stretches are perfect. You may be able to see and feel the effects within two weeks.
You should experience the following...
An increased range of motion in your upper and lower extremities.
Decreased stiffness in your joints
Reduced muscle soreness after a workout
Increased circulation and blood flow
Better postural control
Decreases stress and tension
Incorporating simple stretches into your daily routine may help you become more productive with less stress.
